1-Silicones in Clean Beauty
The optimal symbiosis between natural and synthetic! Silicones have a long and safe history of use in cosmetics, which underscores their relevance to the clean beauty movement. Along with their safety, enhanced performance of active ingredients, compatibility with other materials including naturals, and the unmatched sensory acceptance, silicones are extremely valuable and desired for cosmetic formulations. Besides the basic cosmetic products, silicones are used extensively in OTC, baby care, medical applications, and sensitive skin products due to their non-irritating characteristics. Silicones are also not animal derived and therefore approved by Vegans as cruelty free materials.

3- Can Minor-Cannabinoids Be Useful in Cosmetics?
today, with the legalization of cannabis in Canada, is is expected that the use of cannabis in cosmetic products it is expected to increase to 18 billion dollar in 2026 with 17% growth rate. major cannabis such as CBD infused beauty products. CBD has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, making it an effective treatment for inflammatory conditions such as eczema and acne. but there are 117 other identified minor-cannabinoids, which I expected that least one or two of them effect on skin and hair better than CBD. Understanding the biological activity of these minor components on skin and hair will allow us to direct develop new designed active with new-modern claim. It is possible by computationally investigation of minor-cannabinoids with actual ksin receptors.

2- Computationally Study to understand Interaction of Peptides and Some Active Ingredients with Receptors in Skin and Hair
Peptides an some active ingredients bind to proteins such as collagen, elastin and keratin. These proteins are the foundations of your skin and are responsible for its texture, strength. It is worth noting that there are rare deep study of real effects of peptides and active ingredients to receptors of skin and hair. I would like to investigate in-silico the interaction of active ingredients by main receptors such as Protein Kinase C (PKC), interleukin-6, GABA and etc. By understanding these interaction of ingredients with actual proteins we can design and synthesis rational actives which have more efficacy with particular proteins for anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, whitening, ant-wrinkle and etc concepts.
